Engineer by training, Antoine has more than 30 years’ experience in intellectual services. He founded and directed Cadextan (ESN) until it was sold to Sungard (Sungard Global Services). He was also the co-founder and Managing Director of SmartCo, a financial software developer. In 2002, he teamed up with Philippe Smolders and founded Nexeo, where he serves as President.

Engineer by training, Philippe has spent his entire career in the market finance IT industry. Working as a consultant then a Sales Manager, he also directed Princeton Financial System France (financial software). He is now Managing Director of the group in charge of development.
Human Resources Director
Following her education at Sciences Po and an early spell at a direct recruitment firm, she managed the recruitment of all profile types at a transport company. She then set up the recruitment unit, followed by the HR unit, at Nexeo Group. Today and as a result of the group’s growth, Caterina is responsible for recruitment, HR development and social.
Finaxium Director
Recognised on the market very early on as an expert in market data issues, Séverine joined Nexeo to create the eponymous unit. She expanded this unit, which became the Financial Data Management Practice, by structuring its know-how around financial repositories and big data. Armed with her experience as a consultant specialising in the Finance sector, she became Director of Finaxium in 2015 and is still growing the unit.
Nexeo Assurance Director
A graduate of ESCP Europe, Henri has over the last 20 years created and developed consulting and services activities for insurers within major companies such as Steria, Sopra and Astek. He joined Nexeo to create a subsidiary specialising in the insurance sector, Nexeo Assurance, in February 2015. This company meets its clients’ needs through expertise assignments in organisation, project ownership support and general contracting for the insurance sector. He now handles its management and operations.
Group Administration Director
Recruited by Nexeo after her degree, Géraldine has helped to implement all of the processes and tools used by the Group. In charge of Administration and management control, she now manages the nerve centre of Nexeo Group.
CFO
With a dual engineer and business school background, Olivier began his career in the automotive industry. He then held for over 12 years various general secretariat and financial management positions, in large service companies. He joined Nexeo in 2019 as CFO. It involves taking charge of the Group’s administrative and financial management.
Nexeo has a clear organisation and org chart. The roles are defined and communicated to ensure that everyone in the organisation knows what they bring and what others expect of them.
