Antoine Darcet and Philippe Smolders, two passionate financial and IT engineers, create Nexeo.
Despite a sector in crisis, Nexeo decides to retain all of its teams and focus them on fundamental projects for the future.
Nexeo anticipates the recovery very early on by reviving its investment and recruitment. Strong organic growth: employee numbers up from 47 to 94.
The consolidation crystallises with the acquisition of EONIA, bolstering our position at BNP Paribas, a strategic client.
We define our five-year strategic plan “2018 Ambition”:
– Become the benchmark player in the Paris region for intellectual services in Banking-Finance-Insurance.
Acquisition of Finaxium, a management and organisation consulting firm, and creation of Nexeo Infrastructure, an entity focused on systems, security and big data issues.
Launch of Nexeo Assurance, dedicated to insurance and mutual insurance.
The group celebrates its 15th anniversary, reaching €25 million in revenue and over 250 employees.
Nexeo goes international and opens two subsidiaries: one in Geneva, Switzerland, and another in Brussels, Belgium.
Nexeo keeps growing and opens another subsidiary in Montreal, Canada.
