Personal data collected

Your personal data may be collected by Nexeo Group or by one of the Group’s entities (Nexeo Consulting, Finaxium, Nexeo Insurance, Nexeo Belgium, Nexeo Switzerland) only in the following circumstances:

• Vhen you send your CV in answer to a job offer, through our websites, through a partner website or recruitment firm, or when you send a spontaneous application:

Your personal data is stored in our candidates database and can be complemented by subsequent contacts. If your application is not selected after a first series of contacts, we nevertheless keep your information if they can be useful later, especially in view of market developments and the needs of our customers. In case of absence of contact for five consecutive years, your personal data will be deleted from our database. To modify or delete your personal data from our database you can send an email to cil[at]nexeo.fr. Your data is accessible to our management, our human resources department and our sales department. It is transferred to processors only for hosting, and is not transferred to partners or customers without your permission.

• When you use a contact form on our websites to write to us, or contact Nexeo Group by email for a professional reason:

Your details are stored in our contact database and you are likely to receive emails from us. Your details are kept as long as they are relevant to our activity, and can be complemented in case of subsequent contact. In case of absence of contact for five consecutive years, your personal data will be deleted from our database. To modify or delete your personal data from our contact database you can send an email to cil[at]nexeo.fr. Your data is accessible to our management and our sales department. It is transferred only to processors for hosting and mass emailing from us. In case of mass emailing, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.

• When you comment on Nexeo Blog:

When you comment on Nexeo blog, we encourage you to use a non-personal username. However, in case you input personal data, please note that your data are not subject to any specific processing by Nexeo Group. We also remind you that the blog is public and Nexeo Group is not responsible for how anyone accessing the blog may use your personal data. To modify or delete your personal data stored on the blog you can send an email to cil[at]nexeo.fr.

Your personal data is collected solely for performing our consulting activity. It is not used for any automated decision making or profiling, and is not used for further processing without your consent.
